HappyNewYear! I hope all of you take time to Set business goals for the year 2001. Do you have a plan to promote your business? How willyou set your next increase in service rates? Have you scheduled three tofourweeks of vacation? Remember that you deserve it. Have you tested TDS,etc,to develop a list of the pools that need to be drained? What about filterbreakdowns, equipment replacements, mpairs, etc. We all know that serviceclients are
much more open to changes if there are no surprises. Inform them now ofyour plans for the coming year.

Please contact me or a chapter board member if you have any suggestions to improve and promote the chapter.

Secretary Report
No correspondence.

Treasurer's Report
Mark presented his monthly report of income and expenses. As always we are in good shape financially. (See printed Skinimer for the detailed report).

Vice President's Report
Mike will be getting some banners from Sally Ryan. We will be comparing these to the one Mike is having made.

Bill Peck will be speaking to us in January. He will discuss the Sea-Klear Start up Method.

President's Report
The $500 charity donation was made to the Crime Victims Fund. They help out the children.

B. K. Taylor award: Jon & Mike will "speak up "at the Bord meeting.

If you were wondering about the difference between the new IPSSA Scholarship Fund and the Guy Muto Fund!

The IPSSA scholarship flind is for IPSSA members and immediate family. To be used for industry related courses.

The Guy Muto Fund is for anyone in the industry.

A motion was made to make attendance at each November general membershipmeeting mandatory every year. There will be a $100.00 fine for missing themeeting. You can be excused with prior approval from the president.

The motion was seconded and it passed unanimously.
